We want you to love your purchase from Gabiworks. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read below for our returns and refund guidelines.
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Some items (like custom or personalized orders) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning items.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
